cause large part of it is just the fascination, if there WAS a really good vtuber I would be unironic about it.. if they were always in character basically had a SCRIPT for each stream and it was like a team of people managing the character like with vocaloid characters instead of leaving one person to play and create a character of their own devices

there are some things I get unironic enjoyment in, some things I laugh at with the juxtaposition of an anime girl eating a 9 day old subway sandwich and being hospitalized, and other things I ironically like in a way where the joke is more the idea of me or anyone else liking it being funny to me, and I'm constantly moving between them
